Downtown Holly Jolly Holidays 2020 Version
2020 has brought challenges to all aspects of celebrating. Due to the unprecedented Coronavirus pandemic even our hopes to gather and sing Christmas carols, light our downtown tree, and visit Santa and Mrs. Clause during the Holly Jolly season will have to be postponed until next year. From downtown residents, owners, and each organization we thank you for your continued support of our businesses as you safely follow all guidelines and restrictions and enjoy downtown safely this month.
Kicking off Friday November 27th through to Wednesday, December 24th, area residents and visitors are invited to visit and stroll the historic downtown to shop, dine and take in the festive holiday spirit.
“Bring It Downtown” to Shop Local and Shop Small, during downtown’s “Holly Jolly Holidays” Season because “Downtown Is Alive”.
Ride the trolley and see the festive window decorations throughout the downtown districts and ride around our historic Residents of Old Wilmington streets. With a vibrant and varied dining scene, everyone visiting downtown this season will find their perfect spot to eat. From contemporary seafood and southern comfort food, to French fare on the riverside, upscale Italian cuisine and casual sidewalk cafes. Stay warm and cozy on chilly days visiting coffee shops or sipping cocktails. Seating inside or outside may be limited so make sure you call ahead and check for availability.
Park FIRST 90 MINUTES FREE in City Decks.
